We did have to have surgery on Jeffrey’s belly last Wed. night. He had scar tissue from his previous surgeries that was kinking up his intestinal tract. We got out of the hospital on Sunday afternoon and it is Wed. night and Jeffrey was running through the yard an hour ago. (just to show me that he could) Thank you all for your calls and E-mails and for your prayers.
There are so many things that we are trying to do to increase sales of the CD to reach our goal. We are on Dusty Owens ‘Traditional Country Music’ Internet Radio program. We are about to send out a shipment of CDs to ‘CD Baby’ for them to sell our CD. The Christian Country Music Association gave us a years membership so that we could have a link on their web site. We are on the computer as much as time will allow, sending our link and story to any site that might tell about us. We performed a one hour set at 2 different campgrounds this past memorial day weekend trying to sell CDs (Thank You Shady Acres and Timberline Campgrounds. Both in Lebanon Tn.) I (Greg) am performing for the Clan MacDougall Society Banquet in Linville, N.C.on July 7th for the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games. I will also play and sing at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet, Tn. in July. Our friend, Leslie Shephard, will be on Good morning America this Friday morning as the winner of a contest. She MIGHT be able to mention our project on air because she is helping us with a MySpace.com web site.
Yes! We do need to sell quite a few more CDs! But I hope and pray that we are doing as God will have us to do, for His good purpose. Each step of the way.
